OFFICE INFORMATION

Hours & Availability

Sarah schedules in-person and virtual appointments Tuesday through Thursday during daytime hours. At this time, she does not offer evening or weekend appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Because Sarah reserves time in her schedule for each client, missed therapy appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged the full session fee.

Fees

Sarah’s fee is $200 for the initial intake appointment and $185 per subsequent individual therapy session (45-50 minutes). The fee for a double session (90 minutes) is $325. These fees are consistent with other therapists at Sarah’s level of training and experience in Dallas.

Sarah reserves a limited number of sliding scale spots in her practice to help increase access to therapy for clients navigating financial hardship or other barriers to care. These reduced-fee spots are offered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out if cost is a concern to discuss available options.

Insurance

Sarah is an out-of-network provider for all insurance providers. She will provide you with a detailed receipt of services (called a superbill) should you decide to submit to your health insurance for possible reimbursement. You may wish to inquire with your insurance provider about your out-of-network mental healthcare benefits (particularly for CPT code 90834 or 90837 “Psychotherapy”), as these vary greatly by carrier and policy.

If you are interested in scheduling with Sarah or learning more about her practice, please fill out the form on the Contact page. Sarah will reach out within 2 days to schedule a free 10 minute phone consultation. During your consultation, you will be encouraged to share why you are reaching out for support and ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.

Current clients can reach out via email or phone, and expect a response within 24 hours on working days (Monday-Thursday).
